2020 has been a year of surprises!

With the unknown as to what this fall will bring us, we made the decision to bring  A Downtown Affair to you.

 Save the date – Sunday, October 11, 2020

 A Downtown Affair to Go!, a mobile party package.

It’s a food collaboration to benefit Fredericksburg VA Main Street’s Downtown programs.


Join Us  for a 5-course dinner prepared by Downtown chefs.

Each pair of tickets receives dinner for two, 3 half bottles of wine or cocktails, your choice of coffee or tea, 2 handmade plates by local potters, selfie photo props, a swag bag, napkins, and a Bloomia tulip arrangement to provide ambiance.


A virtual component of the event will begin at 5 pm to include an emcee, guest appearances, and the Power of 100+.


Appetizer – Capital Ale House

Seafood – Vivify

Pasta – Orofino Restaurant

Meat – La Petite Auberge

Dessert – Eileen’s Bakery & Cafe

Add On Options:

  •        A charcuterie board featuring a custom monogrammed board provided by Fraser Wood Elements with 2 types of meat, 2 kinds of cheese, dip, and crackers
  •     Cocktails made with A. Smith Bowman’s spirits will be provided by Fahrenheit 132 (Bourbon) and FoodE (Vodka) or can be substituted for 3 1/2 bottles of wine.
  •     Upgraded wine and prosecco options

Details: Limited number of tickets to be sold as a pair at $300/2 tickets ($150/person),

Pick up your A Downtown Affair to Go Party Package between 3 pm and 4 pm on October 11th. Pick up will be at Fredericksburg Baptist Church’s entrance on Caroline Street.
